Psalm 1 sets the foundation, calling us to delight in God's instruction and meditate on it day and night, promising that we'll become like trees planted by streams of water. The challenge before us is simple yet transformative: spend this summer praying through the Psalms, one each day, allowing God's Word to become our companion. As we do, we'll discover that these 150 prayers weren't randomly arranged but purposefully organized to meet us in our pain and lead us to praise.
