CCC couldn’t function without volunteers who are committed to our core value of Wholehearted Service (Because God is worthy, we give Him the best of what He has given us), and we are grateful for every one of them. Our Volunteer Spotlight series is a way of saying thanks and giving website visitors a sense of what some of these "generous stewards of God's gifts" are doing throughout the CCC body. Kendra Wilson: Confidently Making a Difference
Kendra Wilson, an active participant and leader in CCC's Arise Young Adults Community, has discovered what Paul meant when he said "we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10).
"I think when I serve here at CCC, I’m able to see that I am forming connections with people and getting to know them and making a difference," Kendra says. |
