GET READY TO BOLT--with your entire family!
Hey parents! We are so excited to invite you to BOLT into action with us this summer! Instead of canceling or postponing our VBS due to Covid-19 restrictions, we want to invite you and your family to be a part of bringing VBS to your neighborhood and sharing the love of Jesus with others. Instead of gathering at the church for one LARGE VBS, imagine several smaller VBS’s taking place all around our community!
Join us for BOLT! A three day VBS that you can do with your own family in the comfort of your home, but in the context of VBS with our entire church! You and your entire family can be a part of VBS in a few simple steps!
Step 1
If guidelines permit and if you feel comfortable gathering with other people, invite friends, family, and neighbors to participate in BOLT with you. It’s a terrific way to share the good news of Jesus with your community. You can sign up by clicking here
Step 2: Pick Up Your VBS Kit During BOLT, kids will be playing games, discussing the Bible and making fun crafts. We will provide all of the materials you will need a VBS kit that you can pick up a few weeks before VBS. We will even provide a quick online training to show you how to conduct your BOLT VBS.
Step 4: Press play. When you’re ready, gather the kids around and press play on the video. You can find all 3 videos on the kids page of our church website. Each video will lead you and the kids through the entire experience. Occasionally, the video will ask you to pause and do something. When you’re finished doing it, press play again, but you can take all of the time you need! Our fun, interactive videos will include a worship time, an interactive Bible lesson, games, and even simple crafts!
Step 5 Join the rest of the BOLT team! Join EVERYONE participating in BOLT VBS at CCC for an end of the night ZOOM Party where we celebrate what God is doing with each and every BOLT team!
